Information We Collect

Find My Fleet collects account information, device and push notification identifiers, vehicle records, trip details, purchase status, receipt images and expense details, incident reports, and precise location data when tracking is enabled. Location data may be collected in the background so checked-in trips can calculate mileage, route history, and safety events.

How We Use Information

We use this information to provide fleet tracking, check-in/check-out workflows, vehicle management, team access, push notifications, incident reporting, receipt recordkeeping, and IRS mileage and expense exports.

When Premium receipt scanning is enabled, receipt images may be sent to an OCR/model provider only to extract purchase date, vendor, amount, and fuel or charging details for the user's receipt record.

Sharing

Location and trip data is shared only with users who have access to the same account or team. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

Retention And Controls

Account owners can manage vehicles, trips, and team access in the app. Users can disable tracking by checking out, turning off app permissions, or signing out of the device.
