No. Drivers use the phone they already carry, sign in, check into a vehicle, and record driving mileage while they are checked in.
Can teams use it as an IRS mileage log?
Yes. Trips can be classified by purpose, reviewed by date range and vehicle, and exported as CSV records for accountant review.
How does team access work?
Account owners invite drivers by email, share the same vehicle list, and can revoke team access when a driver no longer needs it.
What expenses stay with the mileage records?
Premium users can attach fuel or charging receipts so trip mileage, vehicle history, vendor, date, amount, and receipt details stay together.
How is driver location privacy handled?
